Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for an Exhibition Sales professional. The Exhibition Sales role involves daily tasks such as managing sales activities, customer service, and communication with clients. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, conducting market research, handling client inquiries, providing training to new staff, and managing sales operations to ensure success during exhibitions and events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and close exhibition stall sales
• Reach out to pharma, biotech, packaging, and healthcare companies
• Build relationships with key decision-makers
• Work closely with marketing and operations teams for onboarding

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience and Sales Management abilities
• Capability to deliver Training to new sales staff
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in event or exhibition sales is a plus

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B/exhibition sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in the events or healthcare/pharma industry is a plus
• Self-starter with a target-driven mindset
