Job Title: Executive – Packing

Department: Production – Packing Section
Location: Chhatral, Tal, Kalol, Gujarat 382729
Qualification: Graduate in Science
Experience: 5 to 7 Years in Pharmaceutical Packing (Tablets, Syrup, Ointment)
Industry: Pharmaceutical Formulation Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise packing activities for tablets, syrups, and ointments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records such as BMR/BPR, logbooks, and labels as per GMP guidelines.
• Ensure timely line clearance and documentation for each batch.
• Implement and monitor compliance with WHO GMP standards, especially for Uganda, Nigeria, Tanzania, Kenya, etc.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Production, and Warehouse departments to ensure proper flow of operations.
• Ensure discipline, hygiene, and safety practices on the shop floor.
• Monitor material reconciliation, wastage control, and packing line efficiency.
• Train and supervise packing staff and contract workers, ensuring adherence to SOPs.
• Participate in internal and external audits and assist in audit documentation.
• Maintain cleanroom standards and ensure timely calibration of packing equipment.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical packing operations
• Experience with Tablets, Syrup, and Ointment packing processes
• Sound understanding of WHO GMP and regulatory audit compliance
• Expertise in GMP documentation – BMR/BPR, line clearance, logbooks
• Ability to manage and discipline personnel
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Problem-solving and time-management abilities
• Familiarity with packing equipment operation and troubleshooting

Preferred Candidates:

• Candidates residing near Kadi, Kalol, Gandhinagar, or Mehsana will be given preference

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
