As an Executive in Storefront Merchandising at Swiggy, your primary role will be to ensure the delivery of an exceptional user experience for customers. You will be entrusted with the task of overseeing and implementing a top-notch storefront experience across Swiggy's app for all campaigns. This entails creating catalogs, configuring campaigns in alignment with central guidelines, and collaborating closely with Category Management, Design, Content, and Marketing teams to oversee the entire execution process until the campaigns go live. Your responsibilities will include executing the complete customer journey for core categories and flagship campaigns, liaising with various teams to gather relevant inputs, ensuring timely communication with Design teams to maintain the quality of visual and copy elements, and continuously striving to enhance the merchandise experience through the development and implementation of creative ideas. Furthermore, you will be accountable for monitoring campaign performance post go-live on a daily basis by conducting both quantitative and qualitative analyses and making necessary adjustments as required. This pivotal role will be based in Swiggy's central team located in Bangalore. To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess qualities such as innovation, enthusiasm, and a customer-centric approach, coupled with a willingness to learn.
