We are looking for a female candidate for this position.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities within the general insurance sector.Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.Make cold calls to generated leads to introduce our services and assessing their insurance needs, budget, and decision-making processes.Secure appointments with qualified leads for the sales team to meet with clients.Maintain and update a database with accurate lead information.Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.Develop and implement lead generation strategies to meet and exceed targets.Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation activities and results.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Proven experience in lead generation, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
Familiarity with social media and lead generation tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively make cold calls and set appointments.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
