Executive Head Chef

ROLE: 1) Develop a range of products, such as sour dough pizza, flatbread Marinades, Cooking Sauces, Desserts, etc. (Veg & Non-Veg). 2) Must experiment, innovation and master new product recipes 3) Developing product-specific SOPs for high-volume quick services. 4) Conduct competitive analysis and market research.
