Main Responsibilities / Job Summary

• Address and resolve major equipment breakdowns, ensuring timely communication with higher-level management.
• Ensure compliance with calibration standards.
• Maintenance Cost stratification and control.
• Provide training and foster skill development for engineering and team members.
• Contribute to the reduction of process scrap.
• Lead and manage small-scale improvement projects.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks for electrical and instrumentation systems across the plant.
• Ensure the electrical safety of equipment, identifying and correcting any abnormalities.
• Issue work permits in compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Maintain discipline and order on the shop floor.

Education Qualification

B.Tech / BE in Electrical Electronics Engineering.

Experience

4-6 years
