Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Founder, located in Noida. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the Founder's schedule, coordinating meetings, handling communication, preparing documents, and other administrative tasks. The role will also involve planning events, managing travel arrangements, and supporting the Founder in daily activities.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
Experience in managing schedules and coordinating meetings
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant is a plus
