Key Responsibilities Manage the founder’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Serve as a liaison between the founder and internal/external stakeholders. Coordinate with teams across production, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure alignment with the founder’s directives. Assist with event planning, both internal (team meetings, off-sites) and external (tradeshows, exhibitions). Arrange domestic and international travel, including transportation, accommodations, and detailed itineraries. Prepare expense reports and manage reimbursements and travel budgets.
