Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and dependable Executive Assistant to support our Founder in managing day-to-day operations, communication, coordination, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should be dynamic, detail-oriented, and able to think and act on behalf of the Founder.

This role is not for a conventional E.A.—we’re looking for someone like Anne Hathaway in The Devil Wears Prada—sharp, agile, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Follow-ups & Task Coordination

  • Ensure daily follow-ups with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Maintain task delegation and completion sheets
  • Be the single point of contact for all assignments given by the Founder
  • Take commitment on timelines and ensure delivery is tracked

2. Calendar & Communication Management

  • Manage and prioritize Founder’s calendar and appointments
  • Draft and respond to emails professionally
  • Filter, organize, and reply to incoming communication
  • Handle personal calls or redirect them effectively

3. Office & Personal Assistance

  • Coordinate personal tasks like bookings, errands, reservations, etc.
  • Liaise with vendors, runners, and third parties for miscellaneous tasks
  • Accompany or assist in meetings and take detailed notes or dictations

4. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain spreadsheets and reports for ongoing and upcoming tasks
  • Work with MS Excel, Word, and email platforms (Outlook/Gmail)
  • Prepare letters, presentations, and communication templates

5. Research & Admin Support

  • Conduct online research and summarize findings for decision-making
  • Print, file, and organize documents and research material
  • Help structure operational and strategic priorities as per Founder’s vision.

Candidate Profile:

Must-Haves:

  • Strong follow-up skills – this is non-negotiable
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Well-versed with MS Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Basic shorthand and dictation capability
  • Experience supporting senior management or founders
  • Comfortable handling both personal and professional tasks

Preferred :

  • Married (preferably with kids)
  • Residing within 45 minutes of Sector 83, Gurgaon
  • Honest, grounded, and emotionally mature
  • Stable job history (not a frequent job hopper)
  • Not looking for a glamour-oriented role but for a meaningful, long-term association
