Ideal Candidate Profile

1. Graduate with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
2. Proficient in drafting, typing, and, ideally, shorthand
3. CTC—between ₹.13 LPA and ₹.18 LPA
4. Knowledge of Kannada or other local languages is a plus
5. 12–15 years of experience supporting CMD/MD-level executives, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors
6. Strong, stable career track; frequent job changes will not be considered
7. Must be permanently settled in Bengaluru; spouse should not have a transferable job
8. Should reside within Metro-accessible areas or be able to commute within one hour
9. Company vehicle provided for commuting from Hosur Road
