Executive Assistant

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Assistant Manager to support the overall operations and coordination between field staff and backend teams. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong management capabilities, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Staff Coordination & Tracking: Monitor and track daily activities of the field team to ensure targets are met and work is executed efficiently.
• Report Preparation & Review: Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Review and verify reports submitted by other departments for accuracy and completeness.
• Ledger & Account Checking: Regularly check customer/vendor ledgers and highlight discrepancies or payment issues.
• Backend Operations: Handle various backend responsibilities including data entry, documentation, and internal communication.
• Calling & Follow-ups: Make necessary business-related calls for coordination, follow-ups with clients, suppliers, or internal departments.
• Team & Office Management: Assist in day-to-day management tasks, supervise junior staff, and ensure smooth office operations.
• Task Monitoring: Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within deadlines and report progress to senior management.

Skills Required:

• Good command over MS Excel and basic computer operations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead small teams
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving ability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
