Job Summary/Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Application Engineer to join our sales team in the Actuator business. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience and will provide technical expertise and support to customers, ensuring the successful implementation and integration of our actuator products. Location Chennai Bhuvaneshwar / Kolkata Essential Duties and Responsibilities Visiting customer place & understand customer requirements and provide technical support. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for customers. Develop and deliver technical proposals and solutions tailored to customer needs. Assist in the development of new sales strategies and goals. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential customers. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and market trends. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor products. Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities Experience with MS Office, CRM software and very good presentation skills, analytical ability. Hindi speaking / writing is a must Willingness to travel, smart, growth oriented. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). Proven experience in a technical sales role, preferably in the application development, Key accounts, direct selling of gearboxes, electric drives, pumps, valves (industrial products), material handling, project sales. Strong technical knowledge of actuator products and applications. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to customers. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
