The person should preferably have Masters in Hospital Administration/Master's in Business Administration with at least one year of experience in operations management in a hospital setting. He/She should be able to supervise and manage day to day operations, interdepartmental coordination, interact with patients and attendants, ensure that the best quality of services is delivered. Will be responsible for onboarding the new hires, completing relevant documentation. Inventory management Reporting to Donors Any other responsibility as assigned by the management from time to time.
