Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies inventory and vendor management.
Ensure the office environment remains professional and functional.
Handle Incoming Telephone Calls
Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
Library Management
Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and local transportation.
Ensure timely bookings and vendor coordination.
Manage travel expense reports and reimbursements.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, or workshops.
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Create Handouts and Presentations as per instructions received from Facilitators
Collate and Generate Feedback and dipstick reports
Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by the management.
Support team members on minor technical troubleshooting (Training will be provided)
