Job Role: · Coordinate and oversee general office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity · Maintain records and documents (physical and digital) with confidentiality · Handle internal and external communications (calls, emails, correspondence) · Support HR in recruitment coordination, onboarding, and staff records · Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and management · Ensure timely maintenance of office equipment and liaise with service providers · Oversee office housekeeping and security services Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of office premises. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and services. · Organize company meetings, events, and training sessions Maintain and update administrative records, files, and databases. Requirements: · Any Graduate · 3 – 4 Years in similar role · Good communication and negotiation skills. · Willingness to travel (10-20%).
