Requirements: 1. To provide support and resolve issues via call and other electronic communication. 2. Good verbal communication skills. 3. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. 4. Rendering services to customers and ensuring satisfactory. Voice Salary Structure: 19k to 28k(Take home after deductions) Please carry all your educational certificates and Govt ID Proofs(Aadhar and Pan card) for Documentation(Clear scanned copies/Xerox Copies) Job Details: 1. Rotational US Shifts(Midnight shifts as well) 2. 5 days working; 2 rotational week offs (No fixed off on Saturday and Sunday) 3. Students pursuing studies through regular college are not eligible. 4. Educational certificates are mandatory. 5. Must be flexible to work from office.
