Job Description

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Sales Experience:Proven experience in a targeted sales environment, ideally with some event or venue experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Sales:Proactively seeking out new leads, pitching event packages, and negotiating contracts.
  • Client Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Event Planning and Coordination:Collaborating with internal teams (catering, AV, etc.) and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Sales Strategy and Reporting:Developing and implementing sales strategies, tracking performance, and analyzing sales data.
  • Communication and Negotiation:Communicating effectively with clients, negotiating contracts, and managing expectations.
