Event Project Manager Internship in Mumbai, Pune (Hybrid)

You will be joining a creative design and execution agency that specializes in delivering high-end mall activations, luxury art installations, festive decor, and experiential brand activations across India. Working with prestigious brands such as Estee Lauder, Hazoorilal, and the Adani Group, our projects have illuminated iconic venues like Mumbai Airports, UB City Mall, and Phoenix Mills. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an energetic and organized Project Manager Intern who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to gain real-world experience in luxury installations and event execution. As a Project Manager Intern, your responsibilities will include assisting the project management team in planning, coordinating, and executing events and installations. You will be expected to track project timelines, maintain vendor communication, and ensure timely deliverables. Collaboration with designers, vendors, fabricators, and on-ground teams will be essential to the success of our projects. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to attend site visits and provide support during live event executions. Your tasks will also involve preparing documentation, reports, and project status updates. Traveling to different production locations may be required to oversee and ensure the smooth execution of projects.
