Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and energetic Event Manager with 1 – 2 years of experience in executing on-ground marketing activities and managing vendors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing field campaigns, handling BTL (Below The Line) promotions, coordinating with external vendors, and supporting brand visibility in key market areas. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in field marketing and managing vendors. Identify potential footfall areas for field campaigns. Negotiate cost-effective rates and ensure timely delivery of services. Monitor vendor performance and ensure quality standards are met.
