Job Description

  • Assist in planning and organizing events, including workshops, fundraisers, and community outreach programs.

  • Liaise with vendors, participants, and volunteers to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Help manage event timelines and schedules to ensure all activities run on time.
  • Attend events to provide on-site assistance and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Collaborate with the event management team to brainstorm ideas and improve event experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare post-event reports as needed.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 0 to 3 years of experience in event management, coordination, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and social media platforms.
