Estimator - Civil

Job Description : Preparation of bill of quantities (BOQ) of various work items such as RCC work, Masonry work, Internal & External plaster, painting work, flooring work, Plumbing work, etc. · Preparation of quantities of various work items for billing purpose. · Checking of various work items as per approved construction drawings and site verification works executed by the contractor. · Preparation of final jobs close out report and analyzing with theoretical quantities verses actual quantities and preparation of as built drawings. · Preparation of rate analysis for variation orders. · Able to read blueprints, sketches, construction drawings etc., in order to plan time, materials, labor and costs estimates · Reconciliation of material. · Well Co-ordination with site engineers to verify the quantities. · Site visit as per schedule.
