Estimation Proposal Engineer Role & responsibilities: Read & understand the technical requirement of customer. Strong Knowledge of Static Equipments such as Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Columns, Deaerators Etc. Understanding of Raw Materials required in Static Equipments, such as Plates, Pipes, Flanges and Hardware and their types Prepare Bill of Quantities. Cost estimation of project in Microsoft excel sheet. Creation of technical and commercial offer in MS Word. Coordinate with customer regarding tender enquiry & technical aspect. Preparing tender documents. Tender Submission. Follow up for tender result. Coordinate with the vendors for raw material quotation. Commercial acumen to understand, create and review cost-price calculations. Strong English verbal and written communication skills to deal with client requirement.
