Tech, Diploma in IT Background Key Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Technical Expertise : Must possess relevant technical knowledge and experience across a wide range of enterprise and end-user products. 2. Comprehensive Skill Set : Proficiency required in handling various products including printers, laptops, desktops, servers, storage solutions, tape technologies, and networking devices. 3. Hardware Troubleshooting : Strong ability to diagnose and resolve hardware issues, including part identification and replacement. 4. System Configuration : Solid understanding of RAID levels and configurations, host mapping, firmware updates, and operating system installations. 5. Work Flexibility : Willingness to work in rotational shifts and provide on-site field support as needed. 6. Team Contribution : Open to taking on additional responsibilities as assigned by the team or management. 7. Mobility : Should be ready for relocation and available to work across PAN India locations. 8.
