Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training programs for students on various aspects of English language, including grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, speaking, and pronunciation.
  • Conduct one-on-one sessions with students to identify areas of improvement and provide personalized feedback.
  • Create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and needs of the students.
  • Collaborate with other trainers to develop new curriculum materials and resources.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience as an English trainer or teacher (preferably in a school setting).
  • Postgraduate degree in English Literature or Linguistics (M.A.).
  • Excellent communication skills in English; ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
  • Strong presentation skills; ability to engage audiences effectively.
