The Construction Manager (CM) has the overall responsibility for managing all construction activities at the site, in collaboration with the Project Manager and in accordance with the Project Execution Plan. The CM working from the project office is responsible for the overall planning, direction, organization, and budgeting of all construction work, on the project to the highest safety and quality levels within time and costs constraints.
