Job Description

As an Engineering Program Manager at Adobe, you will play a crucial role in guiding the advancement of our Adobe Unified Platform solutions. Your main responsibilities will include driving strategic and tactical decisions to ensure successful program delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and drive alignment, and leading large projects from inception to completion. You will need to identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer value delivery, manage changes and risks effectively, provide transparency through status reporting, and evaluate existing processes for team efficiency. Additionally, you will act as an agile coach and mentor to support teams in enhancing productivity. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience as a Program Manager in the SaaS or related industry, proven ability to work effectively with technical engineering teams, and strong skills in providing structure and processes while maintaining execution quality. You should also be customer-focused, ambitious, and possess excellent interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, and an MBA or equivalent experience is a plus. Experience in managing geographically dispersed team members, aligning efforts towards common goals, and exceptional communication skills are essential for this role.
