Job Description - Engineering Management
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in PDM and improve product lifecycle management efficiency.
- Facilitate engineering training, ensuring teams effectively use PDM tools and managing resources as the primary contact for training needs.
- Develop and update training documentation for PDM tools, processes, and systems to ensure consistent support and alignment.
- Represent the operational unit with global counterparts, turning requirements and feedback into actionable solutions while driving process and system improvements.
- Stay updated on global PDM software developments, managing their timely implementation within the organization.
- Strengthen relationships with global counterparts, addressing end-user needs and keeping them informed about developments in PDM tools, processes, and methods.
