Are you ready to lead the innovation behind ATM, Debit Card, and Switching systems? We're looking for a dynamic Engineering Lead to drive transformation in banking infrastructure and deliver high-performance solutions.
What You’ll Do:
Lead engineering for ATM, DCMS, and Switching platformsOwn and resolve post-deployment issues, ensuring high uptimeDrive automation and optimization across platformsManage project planning, budgeting, and executionCollaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure delivery excellence
What You Bring:
10+ years in ATM, Switching, DCMS, and CBS architectureStrong understanding of hardware/software/network infrastructureHands-on experience with Postman, SQL, Power BI, API Management (APM is a plus)Excellent project management and problem-solving skillsExperience leading technical teams in banking/fintech environments
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Engineering/IT or MCAPMI/CSM/PMP certifications preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹2,200,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
