Dear Candidate, We are looking for Domicile candidate for the position of Production department. Candidate should be exposure in CNC Machine in heavy fabrication. Role & responsibilities Execute installation of CNC machining centres Plan and execute machining production as per daily plan. Manpower planning & training for CNC machining centre Drive Right First Time Quality production. Achieve 100% Delivery targets. Liaise with Quality, Manufacturing, maintenance to resolve issues. Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen, Quality circles. Exposure to Lean manufacturing (5S, TPM ) Hands on experience of CNC machining, Tooling & programming Knowledge about basic concepts like work offset, height offset, cutting parameters calculation. Knowledge about trouble shooting of machining problems. Knowledge about fixturing and cutting tools and probe.
