Job Location: Moga, Punjab Qualifications: - B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA in Operations or related field. - 6-10 years of experience in a similar PPC role in FMCG/food industry. - Proactive approach towards the production contingency plan. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and oversee master production plans. - Develop production schedules based on demand forecasts and inventory. - Lead PPC team to ensure timely and cost-effective production. - Analyze capacity, lead times, and production bottlenecks. - Monitor production vs. plan and adjust schedules as needed. - Analyze and report production efficiency and material usage. - Ensure timely availability of raw and packaging materials. - Maintain reports on production planning, WIP, and output.
