1. Extensive knowledge of supporting pharmaceutical industry, research institute & public sector enterprises
2. Minimum 5 years of hardcore instrument servicing experience including installation, repair, calibrations and training to the customers
3. Knowledge of electronics repair, automation & LAN networking
4. Proficient in documentation & understanding of quality systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 17025 etc
5. Good communication & customer handling skills
6. Responsible for servicing of all products represented by MTPL
7. Skilful to learn & adapt new technologies
8. Physical fit for extensive travelling
9. Reliable & consistent performer
10. Qualification- BE/B Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation or higher
11. Support sales team for demonstration & sales lead generation
