We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join the MENA EMS team in the role of Staff/Assistant for the Al Khobar AR Support & Operations process. The ideal candidate should possess proven work experience and a strong knowledge of AR support services and account management. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office. The ability to understand stakeholder needs, prioritize projects effectively, and align tasks with long-term strategic goals is crucial. Additionally, the successful candidate should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines in a high-demand environment. Strong presentation skills and confidence in engaging with senior management and partners are also key attributes we are looking for. Key Responsibilities: - Support the AR team by sharing fee notes raised by the engagement team and ensuring accuracy. - Maintain detailed and customized AR reports, analyze collection and billing reports, and circulate them to stakeholders as needed. - Manage client/vendor portals related to fee notes and provide information to EP/EM. - Follow up with clients/finance team on outstanding fee notes and manage the AR database. - Provide regular statements of accounts to clients and reconcile their book of accounts. - Develop customized AR reports, collection reports, billing reports, KPI reports, and BoB reports, and distribute them to stakeholders. - Assist in addressing any additional queries or reports from EP/EM and support ad hoc requests.
