Electrician

Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and skilled Electrician with a strong background in industrial electrical systems to join our rice mill operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining electrical infrastructure, ensuring smooth and safe power distribution, and minimizing downtime due to electrical issues. Key Responsibilities:Operate, install, and maintain LT/HT electrical panels, motors, and power control units. Carry out routine inspections, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance of electrical systems. Perform troubleshooting and repair of electrical faults in a timely manner to avoid disruption in operations. Handle power distribution systems, motor wiring, switchgear, and electrical load management. Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper functioning of protective devices. Coordinate with the maintenance and production teams to schedule necessary electrical support. Maintain detailed logs and reports of maintenance activities, issues resolved, and electrical readings. Support in planning and execution of electrical upgrades or installations within the facility. Requirements:ITI/Diploma in Electrical or related field (preferred). Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in industrial settings, preferably in a rice mill or similar environment. Strong knowledge of LT/HT panel operations, motor control, and load management. Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Familiarity with industrial safety procedures and electrical standards. Physically fit and capable of working in factory conditions. Work Environment:On-site role at a rice mill facility. Exposure to high-voltage equipment and machinery. Must be comfortable working 8–10 hour shifts as per operational requirements.
