The ID Sr. Manager oversees a team of full-time instructional designers who produce deliverables such as content outlines, design documents, style guides/templates, storyboards, infographics, workshop materials, performance support tools, and eLearning modules. They will attend intake meetings and assign projects to IDs, and partner with the eLearning Development Lead to finalize and produce deliverables.
