Job Description

Qualification:

B.E. Mechanical, Automobile, ETC

Roles Responsibilities:

CAD Design of Electrical Electronics Components.
Release/Change management, Engineering Documentation.

Must Have:

Good hands-on experience in CATIA module like Part Design, Surfacing, Assembly design, SMD.
Good hands-on experience in Plastic, Casting, forging, sheet metal.
Knowledge in CAD design of EE Components (e.g. HV Charging Box, ECU, Dashboard Components).
Knowledge of product development cycle.
Strong knowledge in Plastic, Casting, forging, sheet metal components Tooling and Manufacturing Methods.
Experience on 2D drawing creation.
Knowledge of homologations standards related to EE system.
Manage and coordinate activities with - cross functional team and suppliers for serial changes and within projects.
Good interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, presentation skills and team player.
Flexibility for international travel (e.g., 3 months).

Good to have:

VBA / CATIA macro / Programming.
Knowledge of switch design, design validation plan preparation of EE Components, design quality process.
Exposure to DFMEA, Design guidelines, DFA, DFM, DFS.
Knowledge of GD T, Regulatory compliance knowledge (e.g. RoHS).

Required Skill Set:

CATIA V5, ENOVIA, 3DExperience, Windchill, OAS, Office 365, JIRA
