Company Description Sri Sai Ram Engineering College, established in 1995 by MJF.Ln.Leo Muthu, Chairman of Sapthagiri Educational Trust, is a non-profitable and non-minority institution. Located in Sai Leo Nagar on a 300-acre campus near the Theme Park "Kishkinta" in Chennai, the college offers architecturally designed buildings with 25,000 sq. meters plinth area as per AICTE norms. The institution provides quality technical education to both urban and rural students from Tamil Nadu and beyond, inspired by the message of Sri Shirdi Sai Baba. In addition to education, the chairman manages various enterprises, including real estate and industry. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Educator located in Chennai. The Educator will be responsible for creating lesson plans, delivering lectures, facilitating classroom learning, and fostering a positive educational environment. Additional duties include assessing student performance, providing feedback, and staying updated with the latest educational practices and technologies. Qualifications Lesson Planning and Education skills Strong Communication and Teaching skills Experience in Training and Classroom Management Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to inspire and motivate students Master's degree in Education or related field preferred Prior teaching experience is a plus
