Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Ecommerce Manager. The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for managing online sales platforms, developing and implementing e-commerce strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and coordinating with marketing teams. Additional tasks include optimizing product listings, overseeing customer service operations, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience. This on-site is based in Ludhiana, with some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Possess strong E-Commerce and Sales skills
• Marketing and Analytical skills are essential
• Excellent Communication skills are crucial
• Previous experience in online retail or a similar field is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
