Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Plays a significant role in driving sales and creating best in class customer experience through the ecommerce site.
  • Role requires to demonstrate depth of knowledge in data quality, traffic initiatives, data analysis, knowledge for the categories and their customers; and application of best merchandising and online marketing practices.
  • Analyse and tracking against plan for achievement of channel, PDP traffic and page view multiplier every month and connect to right stakeholders for further plan of action.
  • Demand shaping for categories with traffic gaps croma and Tata Neu merchandising based on months GMV and unit target.
  • Coordination with category managers for closer of event visibilities for focus skus on croma.com and tata neu.
  • Managing electronics merch and crm on Tata neu and coordinating with site ops team for creative, campaigns & BAU activities.
  • Ensuring QC of campaign pages on croma.com and tata neu.
  • Optimize search and browse functionality to ensure users finds the relevant products on the website
  • Research current trends and competition to device campaigns.
  • Working closely with merchandising teams on promotional planning and merchandising.
  • Selecting right SKUs for advertising through online paid channels while ensuring pricing accuracy and stocks.
  • Drive business growth and market share of specific categories with a strong bend towards product, competition and consumer analytics.
  • Implementing health metrics like stock cover, core inventory share % etc and work with demand planning and build accurate forecast to minimize loss of sale due to stock outs.
  • Manage, monitor and publish sales planned vs achievement to manage recommendation and provide insight on weekly and monthly performance that impacts business decisions.
  • Drive ecommerce traffic planning for all campaigns.

Preferred candidate profile

- Demonstrated understanding of market, consumer behaviour trends, and cultural nuances.

- Proficiency in adobe and power bi will be an added advantage.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders.

- Proficiency in Digital marketing. Understanding on UX.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, delegate tasks effectively, and meet deadlines under pressure.
