Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Executive Support

Coordinate schedules and engagements for other CXOs to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings.

Communication & Liaison

Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and government bodies.
Draft and manage high-level correspondence, press releases, and investor communications.
Ensure timely and professional responses to critical communications.

Strategic Coordination

Support IPO-related activities including documentation, investor roadshows, and compliance coordination.
Assist in tracking strategic initiatives, board directives, and cross-functional projects.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Operational Excellence

Coordinate with internal departments for follow-ups, reporting, and execution of CEO directives.
Maintain dashboards and trackers for CXO-level KPIs and strategic goals.
Support in organizing leadership offsites, investor meets, and corporate events.

Preferred candidate profile

Education & Experience

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably in tech, EPCM, or consulting sectors.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
