Role: E-commerce Sourcing Specialist (Graduate Role)

This isn’t your typical graduate job — you’ll work directly with senior leadership, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to high-impact projects from day one.

• Identify and source high-profit, in-demand products across categories.
• Place orders with vetted suppliers, ensuring pricing and turnaround targets are met.
• Accurately manage purchasing data using Excel/Google Sheets and internal tools.
• Track supplier updates, monitor expenses, and ensure product profitability.
• Collaborate with our international team to react quickly to pricing and stock changes.

We’re looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and driven individuals. If this sounds like you, check the criteria below:

• Graduate degree holders only – BA/BCom/BSc/BBA
• Excellent spoken and written English – Mandatory
• Strong computer literacy – Especially Excel or Google Sheets
• Must be based in or able to travel to Gurugram easily for in-office work
• (Note: BTech/BE/BCA/Open University/Distance Education degrees are not eligible)
