E-Commerce Manager (Amazon Expert )

Flymedia Technology a leading digital marketing company in Ludhiana . we are looking for E-Commerce Manager (Amazon Expert Plus eBay. ) Expert.. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in e-commerce management, a deep understanding of each platform's unique algorithms and customer base, and the ability to develop strategies that increase sales and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our online stores on Amazon, and eBay, ensuring all listings are accurate, competitive, and optimized for search.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and grow our market share on each platform.
• Inventory Management: Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability, timely restocking, and effective inventory control to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
• Advertising & Promotions: Manage paid advertising campaigns on Amazon and eBay, as well as promotional activities on ETSY, to drive traffic and sales.
• Customer Service: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback on all platforms, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and positive ratings.
• Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics, including sales, conversion rates, customer reviews, and return rates, to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience managing e-commerce Amazon, and eBay.
• Familiarity with the specific requirements and algorithms of each platform is essential
