E-commerce Assistant Intern Job Summary: We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant Intern to join our team. As an intern, you'll assist our customer support team in providing excellent service to our online customers, while gaining hands-on experience in e-commerce operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product-related queries, orders, and returns. 3. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. 6. Assist in updating product information, pricing, and inventory on the website (if applicable). Requirements: 1. Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. 2. Good communication skills in English (written and verbal). 3. Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online customer service best practices. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. 5.
