E-commerce and Social Media Intern

You will be joining SocialGrade as an E-commerce and Social Media Intern, where you will play a key role in managing e-commerce platforms and executing social media marketing strategies. Located in Airoli, this full-time on-site position will require you to engage in various tasks including market research, campaign performance analysis, and customer service. Your responsibilities will also involve contributing to the creation of social media content, interacting with the online community, and supporting sales efforts. To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in Commerce and Sales, along with strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities. Experience in Customer Service will be beneficial, and familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing techniques is essential. As a motivated self-starter, you must demonstrate the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
