Job Description

Drive revenue growth through strategic deal structuring and negotiations with advertisers and agencies utilizing Amazons Demand-Side Platform (DSP) for programmatic advertising
Key Responsibilities: Lead complex deal negotiations with potential and existing DSP partners Analyze financial models and business cases for DSP agreements Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to structure deals Develop pricing strategies and contract terms Review and approve deal terms within designated authority limits Monitor DSP partner performance and contract compliance Provide guidance to junior deal desk team members Requirements: 5+ years experience in sales, business development, or deal structuring in a digital advertising environment Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field Strong financial modeling and analytics skills Experience with contract negotiations and deal structuring Excellent stakeholder management abilities Advanced Excel and data analysis skills About the team At Amazon Ads, we sit at the intersection of Advertising, Media and eCommerce.
