Key Responsibilities: Safe Vehicle Operation: Operate company vehicles to transport equipment, materials, or personnel in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Route Following: Follow designated routes or use navigational tools to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods or services. Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and report any maintenance needs. Delivery/Equipment Handling: Assist with loading and unloading of equipment or materials, ensuring proper handling and care. Communication: Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members regarding delivery schedules, delays, or other issues. Professionalism: Represent the company positively and professionally in all interactions with customers and the public. Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and procedures. Required Qualifications: Valid driver's license. Clean driving record. Excellent driving skills. Ability to follow directions and navigate routes. Strong communication skills. Ability to lift and carry packages/equipment. Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and safety procedures. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a similar role, such as delivery driver or logistics driver. Knowledge of local area and efficient routes. Experience with GPS navigation systems.
