Draughtsman/woman

Job Summary:

We seek a skilled and detail-oriented Draughtsman to join our architectural team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate architectural drawings, working closely with architects, and transforming conceptual designs into detailed construction documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant software.
• Convert conceptual sketches into accurate and scaled technical drawings.
• Coordinate with architects and engineers to incorporate design changes.
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and building regulations.
• Assist in preparing submission drawings for approvals (e.g., KMBR/KPBR as applicable).
• Maintain organized records of all drawings and revisions.
• Perform site visits when required to take measurements or verify dimensions.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma in Architectural Draughtsmanship or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or 3ds Max is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and precision in technical work.
• Ability to interpret and visualize architectural plans and elevations.

Preferred:

• Experience with municipal drawing submissions (especially KMBR or KPBR-based projects).
• Familiarity with BOQ preparation and quantity estimation.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
