Draughtsman

As a Draughtsman Civil, you will be responsible for producing detailed technical drawings and plans for civil engineering road projects. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, proficiency in CAD software, and the ability to collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accurate and efficient project designs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software.
• Cadidates should be able to independently prepare structure as well road cross section drawings .
• Estimate quantities from drawings using software like road estimator etc.
• Work closely with engineers and architects to ensure design accuracy.
• Translate design concepts into detailed plans and drawings.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements.
• Maintain documentation and update drawings as necessary.
• Collaborate with construction teams to provide drawing clarifications and support.

Qualifications

• Min 3 - 5 years of Experence in road related projects.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Btech in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience as a civil draughtsman.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit).
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction methods.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and manage deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

• Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• total: 4 years (Preferred)
• draughtman in road construction: 2 years (Preferred)
