We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:
Software Development:
- Design, develop, and implement scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions. - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices. - Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and web applications.

Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. - Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions. - Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration. - Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Problem Solving:
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues. - Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions. - Optimize application performance and scalability.

Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. - Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives. - Drive innovation and propose new ideas to enhance software quality and efficiency.







Requirements


To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Critical Programming Skills
Proficiency in multiple technologies, including:
o C#/. NET, . NET Core, ASP. Net
o PowerShell
o WinForms/WCF and/or ReactJS
Experience with Python programming language.
Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, Object Store, and SQL development.
Development experience with REST API, Web API, and Web Services.
Familiarity with building service/microservice-oriented architecture.
Hands-on experience with Visual Studio 2019 and Visual Studio Code.
Proficiency in tools like Postman, GIT, GitHub, and Jenkins CICD.
Technical and Analytical Skills
Excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to maintain discipline in coding practices while ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
Strong focus on quality and adherence to engineering standards. Communication and Collaboration Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and global teams. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Personal Attributes Ambitious, driven, and enthusiastic. Strong sense of ownership and urgency. Attention to detail and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
