We are seeking a diligent and experienced Import Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in NVOCC operations with a proven ability to manage import processes efficiently. As an Import Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth import operations and timely documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with agents for pre-alerts, verify import Bill of Lading (BLs), and update ERP systems.
  • Prepare arrival notices and delivery orders accurately and timely.
  • Submit import manifests in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Good knowledge and hands on experience with IGM filing.
  • Maintain updated records and provide regular status updates to the team leader.
  • Communicate effectively with shipping lines, consignees/customers, and overseas agents.
  • Ensure all operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in any field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in import operations, preferably in a NVOCC/FFD Environment.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines, with flexibility to work any shift.
