Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dock Supervisor located in Mahesana. The Dock Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations at the dock, ensuring timely and accurate loading and unloading of goods. The role includes coordinating with warehouse staff, managing inventory, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, the Dock Supervisor will be responsible for staff training and performance management.

• Ability to lead and supervise a team effectively
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of safety and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and software
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field is a plus
